Generator Water Pump combo identification

I got this in a group of Franklin parts, I had to take the whole garage. I dont believe they are Franklin parts being they are air cooled. Its a Delco Generator. Anyone know what its correct application is? It will be for sale.

Nash used such an arrangement for years. The model of generator would help date the assembly.

It has a cutout, probably 1930s

Can you see any numbers on the oval tag? If so, the numbers would be helpful to determine the application.

As for the water pump, perhaps the same (or some of the same) as those cars may well have the same engine manufacturer!

Auburn used Lycoming engines, don't know about the others.

all of those cars listed used Lycoming engines. looks very similar to later Lycoming generator/water pump combo's. not sure what the differences are.

I just checked my Gardner book. (I have a 1928 Model 75 roadster) I have the same Delco 949C generator, and the water pump looks pretty close too. You might want to post a free ad on the Gardner website: http://gardnermotorcars.com/index.html

Please let me know when you put this generator/pump up for sale. Or contact me by AACA messaging. I have a 1927 Kissel Model 8-65 which uses a Lycoming engine block, which is coincidentally missing its generator and water pump. maybe the planets are lining up here.
