Guest jdb3115
Hello all, I recently purchased a very restorable 1931 franklin series 15 club sedan bodied by walker that has been sitting for over fifty years in running condition from a auction. The car was owned by a friend of mine who passed away, I'm not unfamiliar with classic cars as I was one of his restoration guys he had employed for him, but I am unfamiliar with this car or franklins in general outside of the basics. It is missing some parts including hub caps, 2 wheel lock rings, clock, wiper arms and air cleaner. If anyone can help me with anymore info as to it's rarity or someone that might be able to assist in some of these missing parts or even better what I'm hoping for is maybe someone knows this cars history, my friend was from Manchester ct and the last tag on the car was from penn dated 1950 pictures can be seen on the internet from the auction at dragone classic cars were I purchased it. thank you for your help
Steve Braverman
Looks like a fairly complete original car. The parts you need are out there. Join the Franklin club. It will be a great driver.
