Guest bigd71178
I have a 1954 Plymouth Belvedere that I have recently started working on. I took the carb off and took it apart to clean and rebuild it because the car was running really rough. When I got it apart I realized the float lever pin in the float was missing. The rebuild kit I bought doesn't have that in it so should I try and find one or just buy a whole new carb? In either case is there any advice on where to get replacement parts. It has the original flatness inline 6. Thanks.

cahartley
A float pin is no big deal.Take the carb top with you and go to a hobby shop.Hobby shops usually have all kinds of different wires. I'd look for brass rod.
