Guest martylum Posted October 24, 2014 Share Posted October 24, 2014 Chaz-I had an engine rebuilder do a 53 322 V-8 with everything new on this high mile engine. The cost at the engine shop was about $5K with me doing the cosmetics. Nailheads are not cheap because it actually makes machinists think as opposed to just doing it like they do with a SBC.
