CHAD THOMAS
My 32 Nash flat head 8 likes to burn oil and foul the plugs. runs fine when it heats up but cold it has 3 or 4 cylinders with a miss. I replaced all the plugs and it ran great for less than 100 miles. It originally had Champion C8 in it, I was told the modern replacement number was D16. Question is, does anyone know the number to a "hotter" plug? Not sure if they make hotter plugs for the older engines or not but I feel at this point hotter plugs would solve my problem until I have time to re-ring the engine.
