There is a possibility nothing was used, but I am nearing the stage where I will be assembling the new wood and would rather know before its too late.Thanks. unimogjohn Posted October 21, 2014 Share Posted October 21, 2014 Marv, they also used this material as a shim in order to align the body to the frame. If your doors do not line up correctly you will have to add material in order to slightly bend the body into alignment so they will close correctly. It is a trial and error type of effort. Also you have to be careful in tightening the body to the frame, if too tight the bolts may cause a misalignment. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
