rear window glass hinge

On the soft-top, one hinge has come loose from the glass. I have used several kinds of adhesive and none seem to work. Also one stud that goes into the top appears to swivel and the other doesn't. These are the studs that hold the hinges into the top frame. Any ideas?:confused:

Clean the glass completely, with emory paper lightly go over both the glass and the medal part. JB Weld will hold it in place.

Note- Make sure you have both sides lined up correctly if you do not you can break the glass when lowering the top due to stress on one side.
