Guest CentralIndiana
Hi, the solenoids for the 6 way power seat on my 56 Century do not seam to stay engaged with the recirculating rod when energized. Does any one have a trouble shooting manual on the seat. Does any one know where I can get new solenoids or have mine rebuilt?
Fr. Buick
Are they getting good contact? The wires seem a little flimsy. You might try a jumper wire. I have never take one apart. You might try to see what is inside. It may just be a matter of cleaning things up...
Leif Holmberg
Be really sure that the 6 way switch work well in all posisions. If not you you can`t get the seat moving to work well(at all). You must have distinkt levels on all 3 switches especially the "zero" in the middle.Leif in Sweden. What I need is to know is where I can get new (replacement) solenoids or have mine rebuilt.
