Mystery headlight lens

I have this lens that I cannot identify, I put it on epay real cheap hoping someone could use it. I hate to toss old car parts but I must clean out my barn. I had helped an old friend clean his garage so he could move to near his doctor and he gave me a bunch of stuff I now must disperse. Thanks for any info, my guess was Avanti since he was in the Studebaker club.

What size in diameter?

6-3/4"x7-1/4" it has a # 1 over 4366 on the inside and the # 15 on the outside. Any ideas?

No idea, but would be probably be for a newer car. Teen cars from my experience with the vehicles I have are about 8 1/2 inches in diameter as an average.

This is an inner headlight lens for a 1938 Studebaker car (Commander or President model).

4366 is the Riteway part number.

Thank you! I would have never thought of that type of configuration but he had a bunch of Studebakers, He sold a 51 starlight coupe to me, and I missed buying a 1926 Big Six sedan, 7 pass. It had been bought by the Holt family of Holt international and Korean adoptions after the korean war. I was sitting on its running board suffering over where to put it when another friend of his came in and asked whats new and when the owner said he was figuring on selling that car the other fellow said "I'll buy it". That was solved for me but it was a good deal.
