John F. - my apologies, your post slipped by me.

According to my parts book, the sending units for the '90 and '91 convertiles carry a different part number from the same year coupes.

It would be interesting to hear from someone as to what the differentia is between the two.

The 3 lines that come out of the tank are different on some cars..... someone posted that 1988 is different than other year coupes, convertibles are different than coupes.

The difference is mainly the length of the fuel lines, there may also be a difference in the connection. My only experience is 1991's
