I looked for a few years, my customer finally gave up. He had Don Somer at American Arrow cast a couple of them in stainless, they came out beautiful. You will have to fabricate your own fastener.

It's not cheap, but it is an option

If someone would loan you one for a short time, maybe you could cast it in white brass?

I thought they can make that kind of item with a printer these days. The right photos and measurements and you program it in.

I read somewhere that Jay leno has one? Just an option to consider.

I have been looking for years for a 33 Crank hole cover. I have talked to a few guys that have them but because of there rarity no one will let them out of there sight even to have them cast. I guess too many stories of chrome shops losing irreplaceable parts. If american arrow has them I would jump on it. You will have a hard time casting them and plating for what they get for there stainless ones. I would have to cast at least 5 to get the price per in a reasonable range. Just a thought.
