Grandpa
In 1929 the Los Angeles automobile show was held in large tents which were consumed by a fire. While looking at the pictures taken after the fire, I couldn't ID the car shown. My first thought was a Stutz, but that's not the case. As can be seen, the car has a 6 cylinder engine (plugs on the right) with overhead valves, perhaps with an overhead cam. This image and others can be found in the USC Digital Library -http://digitallibrary.usc.edu/cdm/compoundobject/collection/p15799coll170/id/33423/rec/6http://digitallibrary.usc.edu/cdm/compoundobject/collection/p15799coll170/id/16465/rec/1Grandpa
K8096
My guess is Nash. Nash had overhead value engines.
keiser31
Nash looks to be correct....I can see the Nash emblem on the burned car's spare.
