Bidding on a '39 Special with factory sun-roof

There is really a rare '39 Buick on eBay, and with no reserve. I wasn't going to let somebody get it for nothing. It is a sun-roof car, and it's near my summer home in Virginia. So, I bid just over 3 grand on it, and I don't expect to get it for that. But, believe it or not the bid is holding though it still has four days to go. If I end up with this car I'll have four rare '39 Buick Specials. It'll be like a museum, but here in Florida nobody would care, ha. I've seen three sun-roof cars since I was 14 and I'm 76 now. One was in a back yard in Arlington, VA when I was 14, not running, one was in the Corral at Hershey and deplorable, one was for sale on eBay in Maine and really deplorable, and then this one, which is decent. I've known this particular car for 40 years because the lady who had it was a member of the Regional club of CHVA in Philadelphia. Will I never learn to walk away from a '39 Buick? Heck, and I've been looking for a '55 Century 4-door hardtop for touring.
