Veteran hood bow holder and mystery part

I was told the members here are very good at identifying items.

Im curious what the mystery item is. Its probably not complete. Its brand is OSLIN, and has a rubber cup on the bottom, perhaps for valve lapping?

The hood bow bracket is also a mystery - what car is it off? Thanks
