You are probably right about the year. I got the motor out of a buddies Buick Regal. Perhaps you could enlighten me on the year. It was installed with a carberator in 1978-1980 (not 100% sure on year cut off). Thereafter, it had fuel injection. So if your motor has a carb, it is an early motor.It has a carberator.
