superior1980
The Roosevelt was a lower priced car offered by Marmon in 1929 and 1930. Legends say that Marmon named the car Roosevelt to try to cash in on Theodore Roosevelt's popularity, and also to hopefully entice the Roosevelt family into investing in the company. Neither happened. Although it was built by Marmon, it was considered its own make. Although for 1931, the Roosevelt became the Marmon Model 70.
