NOS grille to what car?

I have an NOS heavy Die Cast Chrome plated grille I purchased at a local car show and have been unable to find a match. I was told by the seller they thought it was to a Lancia but I haven't found any matches. I think it's Foreign and late 1950's or early 1960's. It's pretty intricate. Aston Martin used a similar grille but the quality doesn't look good enough for them. Any guesses? The part number looks like a joke to me as it's stamped 01234567 and ABCDEFG. It's about 39 and 1/2 inches wide by 13 and 1/2 inches tall. It's actually made in 2 pieces as well with the smaller arched one being bolted to the bottom or larger piece. I'm not sure which way is right side up so I shot it both ways. I'm thinking the first way may be the correct orientation. It also has a very slight curve to it. Probably about a 1/2 inch overall.post-43003-143142705376_thumb.jpg

That's the closest latch so far but I have to agree not a match. It has normal letters and numbers so I don't think it's Japanese in manufacture. Thanks for the guess though.
The Japanese use the same numbers that we, and much of the world, uses. They also use the Roman alphabet (Romanji)
