Brake Presure Accumulator under $100.

Just noticed that the Brake Presure Accumulator for our Teves systems price has dropped just under $100. It's time for me to snag one!

(I have no affiliation with The Reatta Store....but that is where I found the deal.)

I ordered one in July and has been on back order, I just cancelled that one and reordered at the lower price unfortunately it is still on back order.

I'm putting in an order as well as for plugs, wires, some 890's and a couple of other things. Have a cart made up but haven't committed it yet as I may still have more to add.

For an item that is out of stock, Amazon has increased the cost $11 within the past 12 hours.

Heh, starting to wonder if/when it will be back in stock. Backordered since July is not too promising. I hope we haven't exhausted the supply with no more to be made.

I've contacted Amazon several times about the availability of the accumulators. They tell me they can't get a firm shipment date from their supplier. I don't understand why the projected shipment dates and price keeps changing. It probably being done by an automated system Amazon uses. Sometimes the information Amazon supplies to the Reatta Store about shipment dates doesn't match what they show on their website. I think they are experiencing technical problems with their computer system.

Generally speaking, if you place almost any item in your cart and don't check out, the price of the item will decrease within the next 24-48 hrs by 5%. If you continue to keep it in the cart, price will increase 5% from the original price after 3-4 days. I've found this to be a general rule when it comes to automotive items, clothing, electronics & dry foods.

With that said, just delete the Amazon cookie and the up/down game Amazon plays starts from scratch.
