SOLD SOLD SOLD.

This 1929 Chevrolet-Boyer Firetruck was just purchased from a VFW Hall near Madison, WI. They owned it for many years and it is believed that the truck was sold new to this little town. This neat old truck was always mechanically maintained and up until just recently, regularly used in local parades and civic functions. It is a nice, small size firetruck that is not any bigger than an average luxury sedan. It will certainly fit in a regular size garage and could be hauled on a regular size car trailer. It always starts easily and runs well. The six cylinder, ohv engine does not make any strange noises and it makes plenty of power. The transmission shifts easily, the clutch is smooth, the steering and brakes operate as they should. The gauges, lights and siren operate as they should and the tires are in good condition. The body is an original Boyer firetruck body, however, its original fire fighting equipment is no longer present and the front bumper was replaced with a Model A Ford bumper years ago. In its current configuration, it easily hauls six adults. The truck has been amateurishly repainted several years ago, but it still has a charming old look to it and the body, bed, hood, fenders and cab appear extremely solid. It is certainly ready to haul the grand marshall in your town's next parade or haul the neighborhood kids to ice cream. It is located in Jefferson, Wisconsin and has a clear and current title. The price is an extremely reasonable 6,000.00. Please call 734-730-4274 or email: motoringicons@hotmail.com to schedule a viewing or for more information. Thank you.
