Guest Koe
Dear allMy name is Hans Koenig, living in Berne/Switzerland. I started to drive old cars in very young years: Land Rover I, Mercedes Ponton 1955, Citroen Méhari and now a 1949 Buick Super 56C. GM Switzerland assembled approx. 200'000 US-cars in Biel/Switzerland during 1930 to 1975. One of those cars was my Buick who had five pre-owners. The last one drove it for 25 years, mainly carrying wedding couples from the church to the restaurant. The car is working but many things have to be replaced or restored. However, we drove it last year to Italy and France.I started with a list what has to be done and am very happy to be a member of the AACA Forum. Actually we have a problem with the starter/Solenoid and I have the following questions:1. where can I buy a restored starter/Solenoid?2. where can I buy parts to restore it our self? Thanks and best regardsHans
