89 Buick Regal custom roadster Olypmic edition

I just inherited this car, and for the most part for a 89 in NY this car is in great shape, some surface rust. 60K miles, it needs a dash pad (cracked) baking in the sun!! and it needs a grill the "metal" top part of the grill is rusted re-chroming it is in excess of $400 other than that that is all I can find for now this winter it is going to get stripped down to parade rest and restored so it be ready to show come next spring 2015.
