gwells
The Grundy County Historical Society Heritage Center Museum in Tracy City, TN, features the car shown below in a large collage. The docent told me it was thought to be the first car in Tracy City but she did not known the make or year. I told her that the fine folks at the AACA forum would help identify it.The shape of that radiator looks so familiar but the old brain is failing me...The picture is of an enlargement that stands about four or five feet tall, made from a vintage photo of course. Can anyone ID this vehicle? Chris Paulsen
Definitely a Pope-Hartford. It would be interesting to know what the license plate is. It is a pre-state issue.
