1948 Chevrolet Fleetmaster Four Door Sedan

I am listing this car for an old friend. He's not a car collector, just someone who wanted a cheap and fun old car to drive his grandkids around in and have some fun with. Well, the grandkids are gone and he doesn't need the car anymore. This is a 1948 Chevrolet Fleetmaster Four Door Sedan. The good news is that it runs and drives real well and a bunch of work (and money) were done to the mechanicals including a tune up, full brakes with new cylinders, wheel bearings, and exhaust. It was painted once a long time ago and there is certainly evidence of body work on the lower parts of the body, especially near the rear fenders. The paint is old and faded. The interior is mostly original and fair but usable. The tires are good. The dash is clean with nice gauges, etc. It really is just a fun car to drive around. He enjoyed it a lot.
