Buick Gas Tank?

I have a gas tank that I am trying to find the application for, it came with a G.M. parts tag on it addresses to a Central Chevrolet Sales Co. in Hartford WI, Master number CO 156519 is printed on the tag but no one can ID this number. It also has a number stenciled on the side of the tank, 419920 but nobody can ID that number either. I have looked at pictures of repro gas tanks for all Chevy cars from the late 1930s to the 1960's and none of them have a filler neck that comes out of the side of the tank and goes up as high as this one does. I have written the dimensions on the tank locating the filler neck along with the length and width of the tank. I cannot figure out what the other threaded hole in the tank is, it has a drain and a opening on the top for the sending unit but it also has another threaded hole in the front of the tank. There are two half moon shaped patterns of spot welds in the top that must be for baffles on the inside to keep the gas from sloshing around. Does anybody recognize this tank?
