It is a 1931 DeSoto SA6 with some added horns. Here is a 1932....

The car you are asking about may have been sold very late in 1931 or early 1932 and titled as a 1932. Very common during the Great Depression.

Looks very nice and solid! Those hubcaps are VERY hard to find in good condition! Here is what the correct radiator caps look like. Looks like it has the wrong taillight lens and bezel. Here is an original....
