Guest ebruns1
Posting here as the Woody blog doesn't seem to get as much Model A talk. I am looking for old wood doors, A-pillars, B-pillars and any old wood patterns you may have laying around to help with my 150-B build. I have heard tales of old wood laying around from other restorations and I really would apreciate any help in locating a few scraps of whatever you have. Would love to get hold of the top side rail so I can duplicate the cross section of the double curved upper trim detail. This is the part just below the window openings all around. Any sections of the door pillars but mostly the pillar where the two doors meet would be great. The rest of the parts are pretty simple and I have been taking measurements directly from wagons at shows. 150-A stuff is probably not helpful as the design changed for the parts I mentioned. Thanks for your consideration. PS- I will be at the Macungie, PA show in two weeks if you are near or going. You can e-mail me direct at ebruns1@verizon.net. -Jim
