Guest Buick06 Posted July 16, 2014 Share Posted July 16, 2014 Hi all. Currently restoring a 1954 Buick Roadmaster, have brake problems. When activating the brake pedal, the brakes all lock on. Guest carlnut50 Posted July 17, 2014 Share Posted July 17, 2014 Two things I can think of. One is the little bleed back hole in the bottom of the mc resevoir being stopped up with trash. The other is the brake rod length. If it is adjusted too long it can cause a mc to not release pressure.When the mc piston is all the way back the rod should be slightly loose.
