35 Chevy NOS radiator tests

I'm restoring a 35 Chevy Standard 4 door sedan and things are moving along nicely. It's about to have the body color painted and then the reassembly can begin. I have a new crated NOS 35 Chevy radiator and would like to have it pressure tested before I install it on the vehicle. I just want to make sure it will work under normal operating conditions which is sunny Sundays when the temp is less than 80F for drives at about 35 to 40 MPH. No hill climbs. Do you have any advice on the test procedure, pressure limits and duration of the pressure test? I certainly don't want a test to inadvertently destroy the radiator. Any info would be appreciated, including a good radiator shop in south central Pennsylvania. Thanks.

When I helped out in a radiator shop the typical leak test was to pressurize the radiator to about 5 pounds and immerse it in a water tank. Don't get no simpler than that. If it's NOS you don't need to flow test it.............Bob
