rageracing Posted July 13, 2014 Share Posted July 13, 2014 My car has an auto lite 3 brush unit with separate firewall mounted regulator. The armature is shot and I would like to make it correct. I am looking for the delicious 937-p but was wondering if it should have the regulator mounted right on the generator or is the firewall correct. broker-len Posted July 15, 2014 Share Posted July 15, 2014 (edited) I have been involved with plymouth for 40 years,,,,,have a 32 and 36,,,as far as I know, your car should have eather just a single cut out which rides on generator or the larger cut out and two stage voltage regulator which also rides on generator,,,maybe you can tell by the way your regulator is mounted on fire wall--the way yours is fasened does not look original hope this helps--BR Edited July 15, 2014 by broker-len (see edit history) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
