Kansas City Area 1990 Buick Reatta - parts car or restore option

Need to sell my 1990 Reatta. 174K miles, some wear and tear. Excellent parts car. New AC and alternator, belt. Headlights not catching so must be manually raised. Digital dash not working, either display or wiring issue. Runs and drives, but no dash gauges. It was a regular driver until dash went out this summer. Need to sell. Asking $1650, but would take any reasonable offer since I have no idea as to its value.
