packard lover
It appears to me to be a 1940 Model 120 hearse, needing lots of work to complete the restoration.
Restorer32
The 1801 # makes it a 1940 Model 120. The steering wheel is interesting. The hearse body is likely by Henney.
trimacar
The steering wheel is not Henney, I've seen it on two other Packards of the era, and it may be a dealer specific add-on....
Joe Block
Nice potential, where are located. I did not see the bumpers at first look. does the engine turn over, is the block cracked along the driver side behind the distrubtor, it a commom issue if was park without antifreeze. CharlesK
I am located in Brockville Ontario! just across the bridge from NY State (near Fort Hood) The Engine should be able to turn over but hasnt in a long time. The engine isnt cracked to my knowledge as it as always sat indoors! I will check and let you know. I will PM you my phone number please feel free to call so we may discuss!I would also like to thank everyone who helped identify the car for me!I am aware of the condition but it would either make a good project or a EXCELLENT Parts car full of Great parts!ThanksCharles

CharlesK
I may of been mistaken the one you are looking at is the mk 5 3.5 liter 4 speed convertible!
Packard8
Yup, that's the one, I have the older brother, a MK IV DHC. Though built in 1948, it is basically a prewar car with mechanical brakes and the older 3.5L cam in block engine.Nice flock there!
