Do not do it. There is no late chassis that will work or look good. I have seen hundreds of these abortions for sale on eBay. The biggest problem is the front axle centerline. On a Model A, the axle is ahead of the engine. On a late car, the axle is under the engine. When you try to put an old style body on a late chassis, you have to push the radiator way out in front of the tires. You end up with a bucktoothed, silly looking heap of junk that used to be an antique car. This doesn't even include the track width and frame rail width dissimilarities. It is a bag of snakes that ends up a worse bag of snakes. If you are determined to build a hotrod, do it the right way with the time proven methods, not a halfassed shortcut

If you are going to a modern drive train then look into after market chassis that will give a safe and comfortable ride. try Chassis engineering Inc. - Pete & Jakes - JW Rod Garage - speedway

Good luck.
