47 Continental Rear Bumper

Does anyone happen to have a straight rear bumper for a 47 Continental available?? I don't need the overriders, just the main bumper. Condition of the chrome not too important.

I'm in Canada, but have a place in California - could pick up or arrange shipping.

You could use a Lincoln bumper if you filled the two center holes and drilled three new holes for the guards and brake light.

Have you tried "Bumper Boys" in LA I think. They have a lot of "not just everybody has these bumpers". I have heard their chrome plating isn't the best ( I think it is done south of the border). But you would have the core. Just make sure you get what you ordered as not everyone knows what your needed bumper looks like.

Thanks for the replies. I checked out Bumper Boyz & it seems no one has anything good to say about them. Alan Whelihan says he has a couple coming in this month. May solve my problem.

Again, I have heard bad things about the Bumper Boyz also. Mostly about the crappy plating. But if one HAD to have a core and they had one, and so on. Happy to read you can source somewhere else.
