Beltfed
I have one rear brake drum who's bearing sleeve is shot. I had to get it out, but how? I ask a old Ford restorer in my home town how he does or how he would do it. No luck. He had never been faced with it in his many years of working on fords.I worked for years at a nuclear research reactor. I watched them remove bearing races from motors and pumps as big as Volkswagens. They had races as big as car tires and with help from welder with a tig welder they just about fell out. They are reversed but you can see the galling in photo #2. After running the tig welder around the race with no filler then letting it cool, then a nudge with a small pry bar and out it came.now to source the replacement
