Guest mt.yetti
I have a 56 Tbird with manual brakes and the single master cylinder. I would like to upgrade to a dual master cylinder but keep the original drum brakes. The car does not have power brakes. Has anyone done this and can explain what parts are needed and how they did it. I have found disc brake change overs but I would prefer to keep original brakes.I have not found specific information on the early T bird but it looks like a 67 Mustang non power brake master cylinder might work and then just redo the front and back brake lines that connect to the T fitting and possible make an adjustment to the pushrod to the pedal.Any information would be appreciated Thanks
