1940TORPEDO
I thought this might go into the waterfall of a mid 30's Ford but it pivots on what would be the rivet hinges at the 12:00 and 6:00 position. and if turned on the side the V8 would be sideways. so where does it go? keiser31
Here is one mounted in a 1935 Ford dashboard....I think the '36 had a radio head there.
1940TORPEDO
Thanks for the pic. That's where I'm confused. As it sits in that position it will not hold anything. Unless I turned it 90 degrees
Guest mikeburch
The 1935 Ford ashtray does pivot at the 12:00 and 6:00 locations. This allows the ashes to be inserted at the top. Perhaps, your receptical has gotten turned, somehow.MIKE (mikeburch)
