Joseph44 Posted May 17, 2014 Share Posted May 17, 2014 Hi Everyone need some help: On the center console of a 63 SS I need a lock set But no one can tell me what holds the lock tumblers in the console lid they have locks but no retainers can someone tell me how the lock stays in the lid? countrytravler Posted May 21, 2014 Share Posted May 21, 2014 Have you tried a shop manual? This was my 1st frame on resto in 1976. Took 1st place in Detriots Autorama. I refused the trophy and the looked at me like I had a third eye. I said it should go the 1964 442 Olds conv that was restored from the ground up from a local High School. Enough said.
