vintagerodshop
This is a late response but it is a ten inch lense with a starbust pattern on it.Thanks
Layden B
May well be an aftermarket lens from the late teens. Most if not all gaslight lenses were plain glass ( sometimes cut into strips but no pattern).Do you have any original period pictures showing this lens as original equipment? This one should be relatively easy to replicate by etching or sandblast. Layden B
For clear just go to your local glass shop. They should have a circle cutter and glass of thickness to match your sample.
vintagerodshop
I was not sure if they should be flat or not. The lenses i have are convex.
Layden B
Some Gray& Davis lamps have convex lenses and probably some other brands as well but most are flat.
