1951 Chevrolet Styleline Deluxe Coupe

Here is a nice old Chevrolet that is ready to use now and reasonably priced. This 1951 Styleline Deluxe Coupe is basically an original car showing about 36K miles which are likely to be original. The last two recent owners really enjoyed driving this car and set it up to run well. Recent mechanical work includes new radial tires, rebuilt clutch/flywheel, brakes, fuel pump, generator, and radiator. The car starts easily and cruises down the road with comfort and ease. It shifts smoothly, the brakes are great and it steers nicely. With the exception of the radio and parking brake, everything seems to work on this car and it is ready to drive and enjoy. The body is very solid with the exception of a few small and older repairs to the floors which are only visible underneath and are holding up well. The paint is older. It looks great from 20 feet away but up close you see the expected nicks and scratches and a few dings here and there. The interior is probably the worst part of the car. The driver's seat cushion and driver's side door panel are worn. The rear seat and headliner are very nice. The glass is all good, the chrome is mostly original and looks good. The bumpers are very clean and were likely re-plated. The trunk is original and clean and all of the locks work. The dashboard and gauges are nice as well.
