I am going to change car body from one chassis to a better one, my question is the body I want to put on a good frame has a lot of body rot should I first replace floor pans and rocker panels first or after I transfer body to better frame

Each frame will have different twists.

Kinda depends on body style and amount of rot. Enough rot and you could twist up the body removing it and lose critical dimensions and alignments. Plus, NEVER EVER adjust the body to fit the frame. Shim the frame to fit the body. The repaired body being put on a different frame will set slightly differently but the body mount holes are huge to allow for that and you just shim the frame. Bob is correct. I guess I was thinking if the frame was really bad to begin with (rotted or twisted), there would be more of a possibility of bad fitment once supplanted.
