Pete Phillips
I just spent a rainy afternoon and evening in Ft. Worth, Texas pulling the late David Corbin's 1939 Roadmaster out of the storage barn where it has been sitting for the past 4 or more years, and hand-winched it onto my trailer with the right rear wheel stuck due to brakes needing a going through. The car doesn't run yet but I will get it running and get the brakes working, etc. It will be for sale on behalf of Mrs. Corbin, so if interested, let me know. The interior is as nice as the exterior. It was not an enjoyable duty, as his wife is quite understandably emotional about letting David's prized possession go. He owned it since the early 1980s. Best offer over $15,000 will get it, but I am not really trying to sell it yet until I know more about the condition of the engine, clutch and transmission. Dynaflash8
It would be nice if it had a pair of fender lights. That makes all the difference in the world to a 1939 Buick. Just my opinion of course. But, I've had a dozen of this model year Buicks.
