Guest Douger
Hi all,Any advise on how to remove the speedometer from our 1950 Pontiac Catalina ? It is stuck on 30mph and think I will have to pull it to inspect / repair it. We Installed a new cable and trans. gear and it was working, then the speedo needle just stuck on 30 mph and has not moved since.. Thanks guys.Doug
Guest PaPa Gary
I recently removed my gauge panel from my 1950 Pontiac. We were rewiring the car so we had everything out of the dash panel. Removing the fasteners on the rear of the panel allows easy access to the four gauges and the speedometer. All fasteners are on the rear of the panel.
