DaveBerg
Hello, I have a 1961 220 S and have had it about 15 years. While it hasn't needed much during that time I have not had any difficulty obtaining parts. I can't speak to the automatic issue though as mine is a standard 4 on the column. The Mercedes club has a number of ads each issue of various parts suppliers as well. Hope this little bit of info is helpful.
