Guest Jeff in Colorado
Good morning,I'm Jeff. I joined the forum after looking around and liking what I saw. I hope to glean knowledge from here to help me in my search and to maintain my new classic. I don't have it yet, but will find it within this year hopefully. I'm not any kind of expert, just really like and appreciate great cars, especially muscle cars. Thanks for having me. :cool:Jeff
D Yaros
Welcome! Is it safe to assume that you want your "new classic" to be an Oldsmobile? I hope so. I may be prejudiced, but I think they are great rides!
Guest Jeff in Colorado
Thanks D Yaros. Yes, if I can find a reasonably priced one, seems like that might be harder than I anticipated. I had a 70 Cutlass Supreme SX years ago and didn't realize what I let go until later. What a great ride it was! So, now I'm actively searching for another one, or as close as I can get. Looking for one already restored as I am not inclined to do it myself, not to mention the lack of skills. Already thinking I may have to settle for some other GM from that era. Maybe someone here can steer me in the right direction. I've mostly been looking in classiccars.com so far.
D Yaros
They are out there, no doubt. Now, when it comes to price, well ... ? Have fun hunting. Don't give up on Olds!
