roysboystoys
Ebay controls , determines the shipping cost when you post the ad. Supposed to keep from being over charged. The seller has a good reputation , he may not be charging that much. Why not contact him and see what he says? D Yaros
I have my bids in. I shall indeed contact the seller. Seems to me one could ship an entire year of Cad Serviceman Bulletins at 1st Class Postage a lot cheaper than $7.85.You all say the guy is straight up, and I accept that as fact. What ebay needs to understand is that bidders determine a max amount they are willing to pay which includes shipping. They then subtract the shipping cost and make the balance their max. bid. At least I do.
