The Forum BRUNCH was a good as ever. Considering the confusion caused by three different scheduled times and locations, 27 people showed up and had a good time. Naturally, there was a strong presence of gifts consisting of adult beverages. There was also some other nice gifts besides. While there was not a lot of swapping I think everyone was happy with their "gifts" . Here's the few pictures I snapped:

Ike was very impressed with his gift , which was the last one chosen, and offered by Cindy Livingston. See the last icture above, and make note, you-all need to step up your game for Missouri!!! LOL

PS: No broken glass this year! A new record for this group.

It was fun with old friends and new. There were probably more new faces there this year than we've had since the first one.

The only down side it could note that the background music / TVs / noise made it difficult to converse.

A good time. Mike opened a second gift, one which was lighter and easier to carry with a bad back. Lamar has previously said that I stole a car...now Mike is calling me a thief too.

Buckfarmer (Neil) brought a bottle of Kraken spiced rum that I miraculously gravitated to, and Derek felt it was ok to steal from the handicapped. In actuality, I'm sure he really thought pain meds and rum wouldn't mix. Too much medical knowledge in his family for me to come up with a reasonable excuse as to why I "deserved" it.

Heck, I was so busy at the end of every day that I didn't even get to the parking lot to look for the bottle getting passed around.

When I was in the parking lot there didn't seem to be any acquaintances who would join me so the bottle remained sealed. It will likely remain that way for easier travel and the border crossing.

And yes we will go with the medication alcohol mix reasoning.
