motoringicons
SOLD SOLD SOLDHere is a really different and rare car that is certainly priced right. This is a 1953 Henry J Corsair Deluxe Two Door Sedan. It is basically an original car that was given one repaint. The odometer shows about 36K original miles which are likely to be original. The paint is nice and clean overall as is the chrome. What I really like is the interior. It is original and well preserved. Mechanically, the car is well sorted and runs great. It starts easily and all of the functions including lights, radio, etc work as they should. The Continental six cylinder engine is quiet and the optional overdrive transmission propels it down the road at freeway speeds. It was pointed out to me that the car has a 1951 grille, which, apparently is more attractive than a 1953 grill. Why this was changed, I don't know but it does have a great look to it. The trunk is clean and has the spare tire and jack. It has a couple of well done and solid repairs made to the floor pans and inner rockers, they are not apparent and have been done some time ago. This is just a neat little car that will certainly stand out at any car show. It is ready to use and enjoy. When was the last time you saw one? The price is 11,000.00 and it is located in Jefferson, WI. Please call 734-730-4274 or email: motoringicons@hotmail.com for more photos and information or to schedule a test drive.
