1920s or 30s vintage tail light assembly with license bracket

This assembly is in pretty good condition. I don't know if it came off of a car or truck. If anybody has more info let me know and I'll post it. The guy who was selling it had old Buick, Pontiac, Franklin, Packard, Ford, and Chevrolet parts, so it might be for one of those. The taillight itself has a little surface rust but the lenses are are in good shape (one screw is missing on the front and there's a tiny ding on one lens) and the wiring is there (I've not tested it so I don't know if it works). There is a lot of rust on the license plate mount and the car mounting pipe, but neither is cracked or dinged. I'm selling it as is and thinking maybe $295 or best offer for the whole thing.

This item is most likely from a "Big Car" - typically Packard, Franklin, Pierce Arrow, etc of that ilk,

not from a Chevy or Ford

Looks an awful lot like the one on the 1929 Franklin 135 sedan I had and here is another 1929 Franklin with the same light....

It's a CM Hall tailight. Very similar to the 27 Marmon model L and several other cars. Neat differnce is the glass lens in the place of the marque logo that would usually be there.
