All there, no rust, no bondo, sanded down and now in epoxy primer. Good glass, instruments, new door panels and seat cover, original wood in back area is very good. Clear Texas title. Came with the 262, 3 speed and overdrive. Many parts rechromed already. Also, came with a 308 and 262 head. This is a super easy project car. Mark Campbell 512-255-4556 Call for pictures. $10,000.
