John Posted January 13, 2014 Share Posted January 13, 2014 (edited) In the preface the author indicates the book was rewritten entirely for the 13th edition in 1924 and has been "partially revised" in subsequent editions up to this the 21st. There are addenda sections added in the 30's. Very good condition. $40 includes shipped to US48 address.
